Best known to TV audiences as the extremely dense Father Dougal McGuire on” Father Ted” and the equally dense but heroic George Sunday on “My Hero”, Ardal O’Hanlon started his career by opening Dublin’s first alternative comedy club, The Comedy Cellar, in 1988. His stand up act is centred from the viewpoint of the professional underdog and his eloquent charm and wry observational humour never cease to leave his audiences in stitches. The Laundry is proud and delighted to welcome one of, if not the best stand up the Emerald Isle has to offer.
